There’s no obligation in filling out ourÂ Party Booking Request FormÂ — it simply helps us better assist you. Once you’ve filled out the form, an Event Coordinator will be in touch with you within 2 to 3 days. She will walk you through the whole process to ensure every detail is covered to make a memorable experience for you and your friends. Special time and care is put into every spa party that we do. We request at least 4 (ideally 6) weeks notice to plan most events, but always feel free to contact us to see if we can accommodate you within a shorter time period.
ADDITIONAL SPACE RENTAL
We have space on our lower level that you may rent for a place to mingle, eat, drink and relax. It rents for $50/hour which can be split into 30 minute increments before or after your services.
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your spa party. This amount can be used towards your services the day of your event, provided there is no damage to our facility. The deposit is based on the grand total for the spa party and is required once the booking is complete.
We will contact you (7) days prior to the date of your scheduled party to confirm the number of people attending your spa party and to make sure that there are no changes to the itinerary on file. Any cancellations must be made more than seven days before the event to qualify for a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made less than a week (7 days) before the event will result in a 50% charge of all/any services booked. A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to your total upon checkout.
