CHOOSING & BOOKING YOUR TREATMENT(S)
Whether this is the first time you’ve been to a spa, or just your first time coming to ours, you’ll find that we have a wide array of services to choose from. While it’s wonderful to have so many choices, it can be a bit overwhelming at first. We recommend speaking with one of our Front Desk staff to determine what services best suit your individual needs. Simply call us anytime between 10am and 6pm, 7 days a week, at 845-876-7369, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the Spa Menu, to select the perfect service or combination of services for you. A credit card will be required to book and hold an appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Please review our Safety Measures and Procedures for information on our new Covid protocols (which include wellness screenings, masks, temperature checks, etc). If you’ve never had a service at Haven before, the Front Desk staff will ask you to complete a short questionnaire about your health, to inform us of any issues your therapist should be aware of. Relax on our front porch where you can enjoy some hot tea or water. (Your safety is our number one priority, so our Relaxation Room upstairs may or may not be available to enjoy, depending on the number of guests inside.) Soon, your therapist will come to take you to your treatment room, and depending on your service (waxing, massage, body treatment, etc) you may be asked to disrobe. The therapist will leave the room while you get settled on the table, under a soft cotton sheet. Always let your therapist know if you are comfortable, hot or cold, and they can provide you with additional sheets, or a blanket, or adjust the room temperature. When your service(s) are done, you’ll change back into your street clothes, and begin your return to the world outside, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ right to privacy and quiet, and please give them at least six feet of social distance during these times. We ask that you turn off your cellphone before you enter the spa and, while you’re here, use a low speaking voice. We also kindly request that you refrain from bringing young children into the spa. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to check-in. There is a no smoking policy for the grounds of Haven Spa. And finally, please leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Parties of all types, currently at a maximum of four, are welcomed. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and observe a 1 week cancellation policy. Cancellation within the week will result in a 50% cancellation fee of all/any services canceled. A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to your total upon checkout.
PAYMENT & GRATUITY
Twenty percent gratuity is industry standard and greatly appreciated. Your therapist benefits greatly if gratuity is left in cash. If you prefer, we offer touchless payment.
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any single service, 48 hours for three or more services. Regretfully, no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Haven Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Haven Gift Certificates are valid for one year only and may not be combined with any other offer or discounts. Certificates must be presented before services are rendered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates — no exceptions. Please note: we no longer accept Spafinder gift cards.
