ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by havenrhinebeck.com. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.
Haven will only accept returns or exchanges on un-opened product with original receipt, within 14 days of purchase, or if a client experiences an allergic reaction. Images of allergic reaction must be emailed to email@example.com before proceeding with return. The amount of returned items will be credited to the client’s account for future use of other merchandise or services only.
All orders will be processed within a 24 hour period. For items in-stock, orders will usually arrive within a few business days (no more than 10 days). If you’ve chosen to pick up your items, please call us at (845) 876-7365 to schedule a day and time for porch pickup — most orders placed before 5pm can be scheduled for next-day.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
A flat shipping and handling charge of $7.50 will be applied to all orders placed with us that you’ve chosen to have sent to you by mail. Orders in the amount of $125 or more will receive free shipping. There is no service fee for local porch pick up.
