"Booked facials for a girls day with my best friends - Ian was so accommodating over the phone and in-person! The spa itself is gorgeous - love the fact that it's located in a historic property, and was all decked out for the holidays. Because of scheduling, we had back-to-back treatments, and were able to hang out in the plush waiting lounge in-between. Best facial I've ever had - days later and my skin is still glowing without makeup! While I don't normally chat for my entire treatment, Lydia was so personable and interesting, I couldn't help myself! Needless to say, we were all so happy with our experience, we already booked our next visit and can't wait to return!"

"Haven Spa was incredible!! I recently had my bachelorette weekend in NY, and my maid of honor planned a spa day here.

When we arrived there was champagne on the patio for us, and we were all able to get dressed into the robes immediately. There were 5 girls with all various treatments wanting to get done (waxing, massages, facials). The spacing of time between girl and treatment was impeccable to get us in and out in an efficient manner. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable too. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing time make sure to stop by Haven Spa!"

I’ve been doing my facials there for some time, and everyone has been absolutely amazing. They are thorough there, they are kind, they are open to listen to whatever you need. Jeraldine was so amazing, I literally felt like Queen Nefertiti being so attended to during my session. My skin and mind were in bliss. "I decided on my birthday last year to treat myself to a massage every month for a year. I decided to check out Haven Spa as it is so close to my home. Well, I got the most perfect massage therapist, Brittany, and the entire experience was exactly what I wanted and needed. I have gone monthly since then with the exception of during Covid when they were of course, closed. Started back up last month and am SO thankful! I loved going on Valentine's Day when there were rose petals on the steps and champagne as I waited. It is a complete and perfect experience and I never need look elsewhere for my relaxation. Microdermabrasion! My skin never looked so refreshed and youthful. Microneedling is another great instant pick-me-up, I swear I look five years younger afterward.
